Meet The Team

Katelyn L. Schulz is an associate attorney with Mulloy Law. Katelyn was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 2024. She is licensed to practice in all North Dakota state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota. Katelyn focuses her practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, estate planning, and land transactions.

 

In 2022, Katelyn graduated from the University of North Dakota. While at UND, Katelyn joined the 3+3 program, which allowed her to complete her undergraduate degree and law degree in a combined six years. Katelyn was the first Philosophy 3+3 student to successfully complete the program. In 2024, Katelyn graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law with her Juris Doctor. During her time at UND Law, Katelyn participated in Women’s Law Caucus and Criminal Law Association.

 

Katelyn grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota. Katelyn’s hobbies include spending time with friends, family and her puppy, Rip, watching the Vikings play on Sundays, and talking anyone’s ear off. Katelyn is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, the Family Law Section of State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, and the Women’s Lawyer Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota.
