Joshua L. Weatherspoon
Attorney
Joshua L. Weatherspoon is an associate attorney with Mulloy Law, PLLC. Joshua was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 2018. He is licensed to practice in all North Dakota state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota. Joshua focuses his practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, and general civil litigation.
In 2013, Joshua graduated from Minnesota State University of Moorhead. While at MSUM, Joshua participated in Model United Nations competition in Michigan, Illinois, and Minnesota. In 2018, Joshua graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law with his Juris Doctor. During his time at UND Law, Joshua was a semifinalist in the internal moot court competition. Additionally, Joshua was a part of external moot court teams in his second and third years of law school. Joshua was a semifinalist at the National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition at West Virginia University and participated at the National Cyber Crimes Moot Court Competition at UCLA in Los Angeles, California.
Joshua grew up in Minot, North Dakota. Joshua’s hobbies include spending time with friends and family, and traveling. Joshua is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, the Family Law Section of State Bar Association of North Dakota, and the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota.
